Agreement

By using ChitYap, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use ChitYap. You may not modify, copy, or reverse engineer the app.

Your Account

You sign in using Apple Sign In. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID associated with your ChitYap account.

Your Content

You own your images and voice notes. By sharing, you grant us a license to display and transmit them within the app to your chosen friends. Don't post harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

Prohibited Uses

Don't use ChitYap for anything illegal, to harm others, share inappropriate media, or impersonate anyone.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or share inappropriate content.

Disclaimer

ChitYap is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
