By using ChitYap, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use ChitYap. You may not modify, copy, or reverse engineer the app.

Your Account

You sign in using Apple Sign In and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Your Content

You own your images and voice notes. By sharing, you grant us a license to display them to your chosen friends. Do not post harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activities
• Harassing or harming others
• Sharing inappropriate media
• Impersonating others

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
